CATI

INVADE integrates all of the main modern and legacy CATI systems (NIPO, Nfield, Quancept, SPSS, Forsta (ConfirmIT), IBM, UNICOM, QPSMR and Ingress) and our open API’s mean we can easily support others. In addition, each CATI server can connect to multiple INVADE Predictive Diallers and to multiple & different CATI at the same time.

Telecoms - Outbound & Inbound Communication

The INVADE Predictive Dialler harnesses the Asterisk Open Source Telephony Platform. Asterisk has built-in support for WebRTC, therefore no specialist hardware is required as we can accommodate this on our cloud system. Of course, we can also support those who require a physical telephony connection.

INVADE partner with many telecoms providers worldwide, our solution allows us to integrate with your telco requirements. If you don't have a preferred supplier we can supply our fully managed Global connectivity for VoIP infrastructure, deployable for high volume calling.
