InVADE International was founded in 1998 by experts within the computer telephony and call centre business. At that time the market for CTI- enabled call centres, was dominated by established manufacturers who controlled the largest chunks of the business telephony market. Their solutions were proprietary, inflexible and expensive. Only a small number of large companies could sustain the huge investment, project-manage and tackle the custom development required to deliver a business improvement.

InVADE changed all of this.

InVADE was conceived to deliver the features and reliability common to traditional telephony, in a package familiar to application developers with little or no experience of telephony, delivering a platform that is:

  • Totally configurable to business process needs
  • Integrates multi-channel contact strategies
  • Simple to install and use, and easy to integrate
  • Leverage existing infrastructure investments
  • Proven high reliability platform
  • Allows migration to new technologies

As a result, InVADE attracted many well-known Customers.

Often customers came to us with a problem, which their existing supplier had struggled with and failed to resolve.

InVADE's very first customer was Wembley Ticketing. InVADE's automated ticketing solution was promoted by Microsoft as a leading example of reliable windows based telephony applications.

Shortly thereafter, we won a contract with the UK's largest independent ticketing company, owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber - Really Useful Theatre Group.

Expansion rapidly followed and InVADE now works in variety of sectors.

In each market we are delivering a business process driven telephony solution that offers a highly specified, value added solution with minimum customisation.

It is very pleasing to say unequivocally that our customers are happy.

InVADE's approach dramatically reduces deployment times and deployment risk, while allowing aggressive projects to be delivered on time and on budget. This stability and the standard server technology, has allowed us to deploy InVADE solutions world wide, with peace of mind.

Today we have customers as far a field as Russia, North America and Asia, as well as throughout Europe.

In late 2005, InVADE was acquired by the rapidly growing ISP, 186k Limited. As part of an overall business strategy to deliver VoIP services to its customer base, 186k is actively channelling its resources into InVADE to make it the smart choice' for companies needing a fast and reliable telephony management solution.
